Joe's Brook Farm
Joe's Brook Farm, a VTHOM producer, was started in 2009 by Eric and Mary Skovsted and cultivates 10 acres of land in St. Johnsbury, Vermont. According to Mary, Joe's Brook Farm "kind of grows everything," including a lot of heirloom varieties, strawberries, and sweet peppers. They offer a community supported agriculture (CSA) share in addition to selling at various markets.
